Biography
Raivis Znotiņš began his legal career by working for a year in a state institution as a lawyer. He then had 10 years of work experience in the financial sector – as a lawyer and member of the credit committee in a credit institution. Later, for about 5 years, he worked as a lawyer in one of the leading sworn law firms in Latvia and as an internal auditor in an investment brokerage company. Since 2020, he has been practicing as a certified insolvency administrator and as a sworn lawyer.
Experience
Raivis Znotiņš has gained extensive experience in financial law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, commercial law, dispute resolution, restructuring, insolvency and real estate. Raivis helps clients establish, manage and reorganize companies, acquire and dispose of companies, as well as prepare shareholder agreements. Raivis advises and represents clients in dispute resolution, out-of-court settlement of disputes, and develops solutions for the termination of disputes.
