Vladlen Rozhnov
Vladlens Rožnovs holds a Master's degree in Law and a lawyer's qualification from Riga Stradiņš University. Vladlens is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the Turība Business School. Vladlens has been a member of the Ethics and Disciplinary Commission of the Latvian Athletics Union for several years.
Biography
Vladlens Rožnovs began his legal career and continued for five years as a judicial assistant. Then Vladlens passed the competition and was invited to join the dispute resolution practice group of one of the so-called "big four" law firms, where he gained experience in the dispute resolution practice group. Before joining the firm, Vladlens worked and gained experience in a large electricity trading company, where he was mainly responsible for compliance and data protection issues.
Experience
Vladlens Rožnovs has gained experience in resolving complex legal disputes, developing both pre-trial and litigation strategies, as well as advising clients on risks and their prevention in transactions. Vladlens specializes in issues related to complex debt collection, disputes between shareholders of capital companies, civil liability of board members, as well as issues related to funding granted by the European Union and disputes over its recovery. Vladlens is particularly interested and passionate about issues related to the management of residential buildings and is experienced in family law and dispute resolution. Vladlens has provided clients with support in developing internal data processing policies for companies and various other issues related to data protection, such as conducting internal data audits.
