The state, local governments and their companies are the largest customers in several sectors of the economy, so a large part of companies focus on the purchases made by these customers. This often creates fierce and even unfair competition situations. Therefore, even the smallest nuances are important in these processes, both from the customer's and potential supplier's point of view. We help clients navigate this process, see these essential nuances and avoid unfavorable outcomes. Our office provides legal support to:
- Companies that want to participate in procurements, in order to identify all possible legal risks and obligations.
- Institutions that organize procurements, in assessing and developing procurement documentation.
- Legal assessment of amendments to concluded public procurement contracts, in order to prevent situations when amendments to the procurement contract have been made unreasonably.
We provide legal assistance to clients at all stages of procurement – from document preparation to contract conclusion and execution, as well as, if necessary, represent clients before supervisory authorities and courts in disputes regarding the execution of procurement contracts. We have real experience in drafting multi-year public procurement contracts for an amount exceeding EUR 50 million, which have proven to be clear, understandable and enforceable for the parties.
